Silver State Human Development is a non profit organization that is being developed to assist women who are returning from a correctional facility.  We can create a support system by giving them temporary shelter, psychological assistance, spiritual outreach, leadership skills, vocational assistance, substance abuse programs, and community assistance.  We are also searching for private investors who will support our vision and help us retake our community.  We are not focused on the "why" these people astrayed , we are concerned on the "what do we need to do now".  Everyone deserves a second chance and we want to be the vehicle of opportunity.  We need women in leadership roles, who are willing to support us and we welcome any ideas they may have to promote our vision of greatness. We have become a throw away society and the buck stops here!
